The kitchen is well equipped and there is an additional fridge in the adjacent garage. Enjoy the sun in the small garden with picnic bench. The first floor has a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, a room with double bed and terrace and a second room with view over the dunes and two single beds. On the roof floor there are two more rooms with bunk beds, ideal for children. This villa is perfect for a pleasant holiday by the sea in Saint Idesbald!

Holiday rentals

Frequently asked questions

By default, our rentals always run from Friday (15h) to Friday (10h).

Midweeks and weekends can be booked via our website from 2 weeks before arrival. If no weekend or midweek periods appear for a particular holiday home, this means that the owner does not wish to rent for periods shorter than 1 week.

For non-standard rental periods, please contact us. We will then try to meet your requirements as well as possible.

Included:
- the rental price
- the reservation fee
- limited cancellation and holiday interruption insurance
- glass and fire insurance
- wifi if present in the holiday home and within the limits of the subscription

Not included:
- energy consumption (according to meter reading)
- optional final cleaning
- eventual damage

Upon receipt of your request, we will email you the reservation document and the advance payment request as soon as possible.

To confirm the reservation, you will be asked to pay a an advance amounting to 50% of the rental price within 5 days. Upon receipt of your payment, the reservation is final and we will send you an updated reservation document. If payment is not made within 5 days, your reservation will be cancelled.

For the remaining balance, you will receive payment notification 2 weeks before arrival.

For reservations made less than one month before the arrival date, you will be asked to pay the full amount.
